Senior Flutter Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer with 11 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a good background in DevOps Setup Android Studio DART and Flutter. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of both technical and domain skills in Business Information and Information. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

In this role, you will

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and reliable DevOps setups to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Android applications using Android Studio to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
• Assist with DART and Flutter for building efficient and responsive cross-platform applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with technical solutions.
• Develop and enforce standard methodologies for code quality testing and deployment to maintain high standards of software development.
• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Resolve and address complex technical issues by providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
• Contribute to the development of design specifications and user manuals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing robust security measures and practices.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

• Possess extensive experience in DevOps Setup demonstrating the ability to design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines.
• Bring experience in Android Studio with a proven track record of developing and maintaining high-quality Android applications.
• Be proficient in DART and Flutter showcasing the ability to create responsive and efficient cross-platform applications.
• Exhibit domain expertise in Business Information and Information understanding the nuances and requirements of these fields.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Show strong leadership and mentoring abilities guiding junior developers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
