Role: JAVA Technical Lead Developer
Experience in Java Developer, Spring boot, Microservices, AWS and Kafka
Experience: Minimum of 8 – 12 years of experience is mandatorily required
Location: We are ideally looking for candidates willing to work in a hybrid model from the client location in New York, NY. Remote work is not an option.
Hybrid Model – Day 1 Onsite
Hybrid Model – 3 days at Client’s Office & 2 days Remote, each week
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Leading the Team with strong and seasoned Java developer + preferrable AWS certified who has hands on experience
• Excellent Communication skills: Ability to communicate precisely and concisely up to MD level (Senior Leadership)
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical approach, including proficiency with pivot tables in Excel.
• Team collaboration: Experience working with various teams to ensure tasks are completed, including following up.
• System enhancements: Ability to identify necessary system improvements and communicate them to the team.
• Documentation: experience in writing procedures and documentation.
• Risk management and controls: Knowledge in this area would be beneficial, as it reflects a helpful mindset.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $105,000/year – $125,000/year.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
