What you’ll be doing.
You will be responsible for providing direct staff support to the Director of Wireline Network Operations as well as support to the District in the attainment of their objectives. You will directly support the Director with interactions of weekly/monthly operational projects; executive readouts on scorecard results, key project milestones, and system performance metrics as well as conduct analysis of the overall scorecard metrics and highlight performance variations and improvement opportunities. Making recommendations on business opportunities, that will be driving performance and customer satisfaction results. Additional duties will include performance improvement initiatives across the supported line of business, quality improvement, and expense reduction.
Analyze problems and develop solutions that impact operational efficiencies.
Multitask on various priories and projects while delivering on tight timelines.
Receive broad guidance and held accountable for project and program results.
Exercise considerable judgment.
What we’re looking for.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint.
Availability to work extended hours when necessary, including weekends and after hours and on call as required for the needs of the business
Even better if you have:
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
General knowledge of business key performance drivers.
Project management skills and experience.
Strong communication skills.
Experience managing inter-departmental resources.
Cross-functional team management experience.
Proficiency in analysis and creating and implementing strategies based on that analysis.
Demonstrated the ability to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between all levels of the organization from peers to executive leadership.
Exceptional organization skills; detailoriented.
Superior presentation development skills.
