Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

Senior Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the building industry.
• Professional licensure (Architecture, Engineering—NCARB or PE—or PMP certification).
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
