Job Details

Role: Senior Project Manager – Workplace Interiors [careers.to…chelon.com]

Experience: 10+ years continuous Corporate/Commercial/Workplace interiors PM

Tools: Working knowledge of Revit + AutoCAD

Codes: Strong NYC + IBC code knowledge, compliance + filing strategies, base building infrastructure

Core responsibilities: RFP responses/presentations, man-hour + fee tracking, contracts, client/RE/landlord/consultant interface, budgets/schedules, staffing projections, CD redlines, consultant review, finances (COs/ASRs/invoicing/collections), bidding coordination, close-out/sign-off
