We are a local commercial General Contractor in Central Illinois that is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team! You will need a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial, multifamily, or light industrial construction. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects from start to finish while mentoring younger PM staff members.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and procedures
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, education, multi-family, and office construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
