What you will do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the IT Enterprise Organization. You will manage a range of medium to high complexity projects, directly impacting business value and outcomes. Your responsibilities will include project governance, planning, reporting, risk and issue management, budgeting, and communication across teams and stakeholders mainly in EMEA region.
Preferred location for this full-time permanent position is our business centre in Bratislava, Slovakia.
How you will do it

Coordinate, report, and ensure the stability of project-oriented work efforts.

Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Assemble project plans, assign team tasks, monitor daily work efforts, identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate issues as needed.

Track key project milestones and adjust plans and resources to meet customer needs.

Communicate with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the project.

Assist PMO Lead and/or Program Managers in identifying and prioritizing IT opportunities to achieve enterprise goals.
What we look for
Required
-
Proven experience managing complex IT enterprise projects.

Previous project management experience with ERP projects.

Strong knowledge of project management standards and methods (Waterfall or hybrid with Agile), and tools (such as PPM, Jira, MS Project).

Proficiency in applying fundamental project management principles in various and often unpredictable contexts.

Understanding the relationship between assigned projects and broader enterprise requirements.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a matrixed environment.

Competence in making decisions impacting project success, including results, deadlines, and budget.

Effective communication skills, both formal (operational/financial reviews) and informal (storytelling, networking).

Skillful in influencing organizations, customers, suppliers, partners, and peers on project outcomes.

Exceptional collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all levels, both internally and externally.
Preferred
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum.

Knowledge of Supply Chain area.
