The Analysis Solutions Business Area of the Intel Sector of Leidos has an opening for a Senior Scrum Master in Reston Virginia to join our team to lead Agile delivery teams supporting DTRA and DIA programs in a complex, regulated environment. This role requires deep expertise in Scrum or SAFe agile, strong servant leadership skills, and experience operating within -TS/SCI security, and compliance constraints.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as Senior Scrum Master for Agile teams supporting multiple engineering and software development teams

  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning

  • Communicate with product owners, other scrum masters, program leadership, customers, and development teams to overcome impediments, risks and dependencies across teams

  • Configure and manage Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting

  • Partner with PMO and Portfolio Managers, and technical leadership

  • Help define, document, prioritize, and track the completion of Features, Epics, Stories

  • Consult with team members and customers to create and refine the product backlog

  • Coach and mentor teams and stakeholders on Scrum and SAFe practices

  • Provide agile training and mentor Scrum teams on best agile practices throughout project lifecyle

  • Track Agile metrics and support program reporting

Required Qualifications – Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience or additional experience in lieu of degree.

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

  • 7+ years Scrum Master experience

  • Experience on DoD or federal programs

  • SAFe Agile experience

  • Advanced Jira experience

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI with ability to obtain a polygraph post hire. This requires US Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAFe certification

  • Experience in secure or classified environments

  • Servant leadership

  • Risk and dependency management

  • Stakeholder influence

  • Automated CI/CD Agile delivery within compliance constraints

Pay Range:

Pay Range $107,900.00 – $195,050.00
