Senior Software Engineer
The position is responsible for delivering software projects, solutions, and support on the Collaboration Engineering team for Cox Automotive internal facing systems supporting our 30k team members.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
** Develop automation, integrations, frontend, backend, and mobile applications
** Perform in all areas of software development, including: requirements, estimates, design, construction, testing, documenting, maintenance, configuration management, quality assurance, testing, deployment, tools, and agile development.
** Develop, document, and maintain knowledge of the assigned applications / systems.
** Help create and provide a seamless work experience for employees across Cox Automotive using tools, integrations, simplifications, and documentation.
** Work individually and collaborate with others to complete projects successfully and efficiently.
** Troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly for both development and employee support.
** Communicate effectively and timely regarding status, project efforts, issues, and resolutions.
** Use appropriate tools to maximize productivity and efficiency.
** Ensure best practices are followed, along with company and departmental policies and procedures.
** Currently support several major platforms (including SharePoint, Teams, Jive, Flow, PowerApps), 2 mobile apps, and dozens of applications/integrations… including Tier 3 support tickets.
o Quick to learn new technical skills and to solve new types of problems
o Frameworks APIs: Node.js, Express
o Experience with development IDEs and Git
o B.S. Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related areas or equivalent work experience.
o Efficient at multi-tasking
o Experience with Microsoft O365 platforms – SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, Flow, etc
o Experience coding projects for task automation and testing
o Experience with Hybrid Mobile development: one of Phonegap, Ionic, or React Native
o Database experience
o OAuth and related authentication knowledge
