The position involves managing complex technical requirements, designing systems, engaging in the presales process, and providing high-level sales support to clients and internal teams. You will be a technical sales engineer working in direct partnership with the account management team, providing technical sales expert support. This role is within our RUCKUS Technical Sales SE team in CALA.
End customer-focused or technology-focused technical sales; providing high level technical support, enablement, and guidance to partners and important end customers, deciphering end user solutions requirements & their technological needs. Then, provide networking architectural perspective leveraging the Ruckus product portfolio, considering SE technical specialists within the industrial enterprise vertical for specific opportunities. Perform technical demos, proof of concept trials, training, and deliver presentations for customers, partners, prospects, and during events.
This SE will possess a proven understanding of the wireless and wired solutions portfolio and related technologies, the vertical specific use-cases where these apply, as well as the global technological direction within our industry, going beyond the technical realm including solution cost considerations. Must be a self-starter, have excellent interpersonal skills, great communicator, with technical & business acumen, with strong systems technical skills, familiar with basic industry knowledge across.

Solutions for Selling Skills
- End user Prospect qualification by use of methodologies driven to identify the business operations related Pain Points, KPIs and metrics as it relates to removing objections
- Influence the technical elements in RFP and the different approaches for proposal development
- Lead presentation of Ruckus solutions to customers, including white boarding and presentation of technical material
- Development of a winning solution, including leveraging replicable architectures and researching customized alternatives. Consult with SME on proposed plans.
- Lead and develop proof of concept, with a clearly defined success exit strategy & winning criteria – including presentation and documentation of test results.
Tech Expertise
- Strong experience with WLAN and Cloud technologies – for both Enterprise IT as well as the Operations Technologies (IT+OT).
- Proficient knowledge of Wireless heatmap/site survey design tools (such as Ekahau or Hamina or similar).
- Excellent knowledge in L2/L3 Switching, network segmentation, security best practices (Zero Trust), Secure Access & Client device onboarding solutions
- Managing server and cloud network infrastructure deployments
- Solid problem-solving abilities – with a strong focus on best end-user experiences, leverage the new AI and ML tools, proven troubleshooting & technical support skills.

- End User First sales approach
- Excellent content development and presentation skills
- Great Project coordination and excellent working with cross-functional stakeholders is a must (internal and external)
- Ability to sustain a working relationship with our Integrators partners community and collaborate when required (win-win)
- Effective communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecom engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 Years of Related presales SE Experience.
- Fully bilingual (English required)

• As an Industry 4.0 or Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics vertical Subject Matter Expert SE
• Strong technical presales/engineering experiences working with Integrators in a Sales Through model towards Industrial and enterprise segments
• Diverse product vendors experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings; knowledge about RUCKUS solutions is highly desired.
• Advanced level networking industry certification like CCIE, BPIPA, JNCIE, PCNSE, Aruba, Ruckus, CWNP etc. are preferred.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English required. Spanish a plus.
