Position Description
CGI is adding a Salesforce.com Senior Tableu Devloper to our team in Charlotte, NC. The core focus of this position is to manage multiple Einestein Analytics Automation and Sales Cloud implementations for our global Digital Salesforce team. We are seeking candidates who possess a range of Salesforce.com and Einestien Analytics/Tableau skill . This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class IT company, for a permanent position in the Charlotte metro area providing high-end IT services to local enterprise clients.

This opportunity requires that the candidate be located in Charlotte, NC.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Understand business requirements and propose the best implementation using the SFDC solution.
• Very Detail oriented in Tableau Dashboard design
• User Interface experience
• Detail experience in Data Analytics and reporting, Working with Data sources, Joins and Calculations
• Build & publish interactive dashboards on Tableau Online.
• Experience in tuning dashboards and SQL queries
• Experience using Tableaus JavaScript API.
• Create Data Visualization, Design, Data Blending, Creating Calculations, Geocoding, Statistics, Filters, Parameters, Forecasting, Mappings,
• Well versed with filters, dynamic parameters, complex calculations and in depth Tableau functions.
• Experienced in managing dashboards on multiple server environments
• Row level user management experience
• Ability to understand Machine Learning and AI concepts
• Hands on experience in SQL and PLSQL coding.
• Good understanding of coding standards, best practices and coding skills.
• Should have very good communication skills/interpersonal skills and experience of interacting with North America counterparts/clients
• Experience in mentoring and guiding the junior members
• Proven problem solving skills and excellent team player
• Fair understanding of SDLC, Development methodologies (Agile is an advantage), and industry standard processes.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Maintain collaborative relationships with external vendors to achieve project goals, where necessary.
• Participate in the evolution of team best practices, standards and policies
• Stay current with the periodic Salesforce releases and leverage the updates applicable to the ORG.
• Be part of a fast paced agile scrum team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Minimum five years of Tableau experience including three years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics .
Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Einestein Analytics/Tableau.
• Experience with Sales Cloud
• Detail experience in Data Analytics and reporting, Working with Data sources, Joins and Calculations
• Build & publish interactive dashboards on Tableau Online.
• Able to blend data to create powerful dashboards.
• Experience in tuning dashboards and SQL queries
• Experience using Tableaus JavaScript API.

• Well versed with filters, dynamic parameters, complex calculations and in depth Tableau functions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and SME
• Experience conducting/facilitating stakeholder workshops
• Client friendliness with the ability to build and maintain trusting and value-added client relationships
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision
• Must be located in Charlotte NC area and able to work on-site at client location in Charlotte NC
• Client ownership/client engagement experience preferred
• Comfortable working within a defined budget and coordinating efforts with other teams

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $77,200 – $213,800.
