Senior Test Engineer
MANTECH is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Senior Test Engineer to help support our current Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Intelligence & Cyber Operations Contract in Stafford, VA.
The Senior Test Engineer should be experienced in the design, documentation, andimplementation of reusable engineering processes, test cases, test scripts, test plans, and test scenarios with a keen understanding of the process of traceability of test cases back to the top level of requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Use Agile methodologies in consideration of development of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Test and Evaluation events.
- Manage the preparation of the Design and Implement Test and Evaluation Strategies (TES) and Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP). Manage the preparation of Technical Review Action Plans (TRAPs) and be able to prepare and present for Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs). Manage the development and execution of test cases, test scripts, test plans, and test scenarios for all applicable requirements.
- Audit test events for Sprint testing, and Developmental Test and Evaluation Events.
- Interface with software developers and other technical team members to review system requirements and construct effective test strategies.
- Manage the Creation and review test reports that detail all of the activities conducted during the testing period and a detailed summary of all test results.
- Provide technical Test Engineering support of software and hardware products across a wide range of technical projects for Artificial Intelligence and cloud-based solutions.
- Provide support for various Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) Events to the Lead Systems Engineers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of related test engineering experience. Additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing
methodologies - Knowledge of Marine Corps Acquisition processes and the SETR Event process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Operational background with Marine Corps intelligence programs
- Experience with tactical intelligence systems and technologies
- Agile Scrum Master certification
Clearance Required: Must have an Active TS/SCI
