Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to deliver technical solutions for our clients by leading workshops, designing and configuring solutions, performing hands-on development, and troubleshooting complex system issues. This position will be Full-Time and Remote, with candidates required to be located within the states operating on Eastern Standard Time.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the ServiceNow platform (workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes)

  • Perform hands-on development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub)

  • Guide clients toward standard platform capabilities, focusing on configuration over customization

  • Create technical design documents, test scripts, and user stories while performing unit testing and code reviews

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, implementing solutions that improve performance

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • 5 years of experience in a Senior/Principal role requiring deeper expertise in specific workflows

  • 5 years of strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture, including UI Builder (UIB), Flow Designer, Workspaces, and Employee Center

  • 5 years of experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, demonstrated through previous consulting or implementation roles

Preferred:

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) in relevant modules such as ITSM, ITAM, SPM

  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules such as ITSM, ITAM, SPM.

Physical Demands 

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$102.50 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
