Duties: Develop Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) and Oracle HCM integrations, web services and upgrade projects. Design, implement and test integrations between Oracle Taleo and HCM to and from internal and external systems. Drive and assist with full stack web and mobile development for HR applications and ensure adherence to architecture standards, design patterns, risk management, and security policies. Define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure to improve the function’s alignment to business objectives and help drive business results. Develop and schedule batch jobs to fetch data from third party systems. Coordinate code migrations to move through each environment, such as development, test, and production, with deployment teams. Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Computer Programmer, Applications Developer, or related occupation.
