Genesys Framework and configuration;
Create/edit agents, route points, and inbound voice routing;
List objects and Business Attributes Multimedia;
Inbound email and chat routing;
Interaction queues and workbins; and
Informant reporting with GI2 Administration of GAX and Pulse.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of Call Center environment using Genesys call center applications with Avaya phone switches or related experience.
Must have experience or knowledge of:
Inbound voice routing;
Business Attributes Multimedia;
GI2 Administration of GAX and Pulse.
