This position is located in our Natick, MA USA headquarters

Join a focused team as a software developer of tools for analysis and Model-based design of aerospace vehicle systems. The ideal candidate for this role will combine software development skills with a knowledge of aerospace vehicles to build upon the current analysis and simulation capabilities to architect and deliver the next generation tools.

You will design and build intuitive user interfaces, modeling and simulation features, and automatic embedded code-generation and Verification/Validation capabilities.  In addition, you will have opportunities to showcase your work through examples that demonstrate the product capabilities in aerospace customer workflows.

  • Design, architect and implement software
  • Participate in full software development life cycle including requirements, specifications, implementation, and testing
  • Collaborate with energetic team members who will support you in producing functionally cohesive designs
  • Technical degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in flight mechanics and/or flight dynamics
  • Programming experience in C++
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Exposure to Simulink Control Design, and/or Simulink Design Optimization
  • Exposure to testing
  • Exposure to Simulink is a plus
  • Programming experience with MATLAB
  • A bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
