You'll be joining our Customer 360 development team which is responsible for building software products that support our Sales and Marketing teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with and across Customer 360 Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies.
  • Engage with business and technology partners on our Sales team in designing and delivering software solutions that meet their needs.
  • Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring and being mentored by other members of the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with digital product managers and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help our members, grow our business and transform our organization.
  • Serve as a role model and technical contributor on Agile teams to promote quality, innovative, and scalable solution delivery.
  • Utilize engineering technologies like JavaScript, C#, .Net, HTML/CSS, React, NPM, TypeScript, SQL, SSIS, and Git, and a variety of Azure platform tools, frameworks and services.
  • Be a team player with a desire to work hard and collaborate with other team members.
  • Work with Principal Engineers and Architects to ensure standards are adhered to in the solutions design process
  • Exhibit self-motivation to proactively drive tasks to completion.
  • Serve as a technology and design Subject Matter Expert for the team

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related fields.
  • 3+ years' experience developing with .NET, JavaScript
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with Cloud-based application development and deployment (MS Azure preferred).
  • Experience in front-end and back-end software development (.NET, MVC, Web API, C#, SQL, Azure)
  • Experience with Visual Studio/Visual Code
  • Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing and code tuning.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns.
  • Experience with distributed source code control (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket)
  • Experience with agile software development suite of tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
  • Proficiency with relational databases including writing stored procedures and queries
  • Exhibit the desire to lead and mentor other developers on and across teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Self-starter with aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Experience working in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms, APIs and integrations
  • Experience integrating with the Box document storage system or similar
  • Experience with the Genesys Call Center and Cloud platforms or telecom equivalent
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL
  • Developing and integrating REST services using C#
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud service platform solutions
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment
  • Experience developing User experience using React is highly desirable.
  • Experience implementing data integrations (ETL) using SQL Server Integration Services or Informatica
  • Familiar with TDD, be able to write unit tests for existing and new code
  • Experience working with open-source software and libraries.
  • Experience working with Git version control in a collaborative team environment, creating pull requests and performing code reviews
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus!

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with staff with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Understanding of security principles and how they apply to insurance-based solutions
  • High degree of honesty, ethics and integrity with prior work experience handling confidential information
  • Able to work beyond normal business hours if necessary
