About the Role

We’re seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our innovation team focused on building AI-driven product prototypes. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered prototypes and proof-of-concept applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate ideas into working software.
  • Integrate machine learning models into scalable systems using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
  • Rapidly iterate on prototypes based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and software engineering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with LLMs, LangChain, or building agentic systems.

USD 87,200.00 – 130,800.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 – $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
