Application Support Analyst

Solarity Credit Union is seeking a full-time Application Support Analyst, preferably with current or prior expertise in banking systems or platforms.

We prefer to hire local (Yakima, WA area) hybrid candidates, but will consider remote applicants from the following states: WA, OR, ID, UT, AZ, NV, WY, AK, TX.

In this position you will continuously provide expertise in administering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing mission critical applications to better satisfy internal customers. Create seamless, extraordinary service to internal clients by providing efficient, agile, and proactive solutions.

A Day in the life of an Application Support Analyst…

Each day will be a different adventure in this role. A snapshot of the day could look like:

• Coordinate testing with Business Line stakeholder for a new release to the lending software.

• Build an automation to simplify a complex manual process creating efficiency and reduction of errors.

• Huddle with your team to discuss opportunity for custom development and best practice configuration of our critical applications.

• Quickly resolve application alerts and errors resulting in 99.9% application uptime to provide our members and staff with extraordinary experiences.

• Create an FAQ for the team to support mission critical applications and ensure bullet proof processes and procedures of application management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Info Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred.
Three years of previous experience required in application support for a complex environment or highly regulated industry.
Experience in banking systems highly preferred.
Must reside in WA, OR, ID, UT, AZ, NV, WY, AK, TX.

Salary range $74,259 – $116,032
