Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a SQL Developer/Analyst to join their team. As a SQL Developer, you will be part of a dynamic department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: SQL Developer/Analyst
Location: Maryland or Remote
Pay Range: $62/hr
What’s the Job?
- Working independently and fully accountable for your own work.
- Defining technical specifications in alignment with business requirements.
- Preparing data visualizations and process flow diagrams to deliver results to various audiences.
- Understanding business needs and translating them into actionable technology solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and assisting in the implementation of new processes.
What’s Needed?
- 5+ years of experience as a SQL Developer and experience as a business analyst
- Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments and familiarity with Rally or JIRA.
- Strong analytical skills and experience refining user stories to make them development-ready.
- Proficiency in database querying techniques, including strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Business Intelligence Reports
- Experience in creating and executing test cases and identifying opportunities for test automation solutions.
