Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Position Description
CGI is looking for a Business System Analyst.
This position is located in our Pittsburgh and Cleveland, Ohio office, however a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Work on projects for one of the largest financial institutions in US
Work in a challenging technical environment and gain exposure of advanced tools and technology suites

Future duties and responsibilities
• Facilitate requirements analysis and gather requirements from various project stakeholders
• Participate in design sessions, understanding of Data Models and the Interfaces for APIs.
• Transform requirements into user stories and assist product owner in defining the Acceptance criteria.
• Create technical documentation for REST APIs using Swagger, Test the request and response, source and targets for web services using Swagger.
• Data analysis skill including creating/modifying SQL queries, API Swagger creation, Postman API, SOAP UI or other similar API design and testing tools.
• Experience working in projects for RPA, Bots, API
• Support team members as required

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 6+ years as a Technical Business Systems Analyst
• 6+ Experience in creating swaggers, Postman API platform
• Strong knowledge of data structures, system design and algorithms.
• Skilled at working in tandem with a team, or unsupervised as required
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and a head for problem solving.
• Knowledge of BIAN standards

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $76,300-$165,200
