This person must be located in Sarasota, FL and will be expected to be on site 60-70% of the time.

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Quality Assurance demonstrates the ability to gather and analyze data along with making recommendations for product improvement based on data, product, process and organizational knowledge. This position also requires knowledge of the ISO 9001 -2015 standards as maintaining the certification is vital to the business. The goal is to ensure that every product or service meets a certain set of standards which the Senior Manager, QA will monitor based on customer expectations. This role helps develop documentation detailing company standards which employees are expected to adhere to known as the QMS.

This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer.

This person will maintain ISO 9001 Compliance by: retaining appropriate records; ensure Company Compliance to CAE processes and procedure; ensure that all QMS documents meet ISO 9001 requirements; keep senior management informed of all Non-conformances impacting the business; represent CAE in all external Audits as the Management Representative as prescribed by the PDSM; and directly supervise Quality Engineers, Inspectors and Quality Technicians.

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or similar field

5+ years of management experience

10+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (can be a little flexible to 5 years or more)

Type of manufacturing must be electronic/ mechanical type

Lean and/ or Six Sigma Green Belt training or certification (must have exposure but don't absolutely need the certification)

Knowledge in design, manufacturing, quality and sustainment engineering as well as product configuration management.

Working knowledge of ERP systems & B. I. tools. (They use costpoint and deltek but oracle or SAP is fine)

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 -2015 Standards.

Resilient, optimistic and handles change management with professionalism.

Proficiency with precision measuring tools.

Knowledge of calibration and ability to read technical drawings.

Impeccable communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Knowledge of certification with UL, CE, CS

Experience working with New Production Introduction process & gate system
