The Senior SIGDEV Analyst will conduct research and technical evaluations of all source intelligence to develop assessments of critical networks and communications infrastructure. Senior SIGDEV Analysts work closely with teammates and other subject matter experts to develop a fuller understanding of the intent, objectives, and capabilities of selected communication networks. The Senior SIGDEV Analyst must be able to conduct all source research to further network knowledge and provide analysis to determine the impact on current operations. They will be required to prepare assessments and reporting based on collection and research using a variety of information. The Senior SIGDEV analyst will also develop and maintain analytical procedures.
An ideal candidate will have Network Analysis experience from time spent working with industry tools and experience with customer SIGDEV activities.
Bachelors Degree and (8) eight or more years related experience In lieu of Bachelors Degree military or civilian experience in a SIGDEV or Intel Analyst role will be considered on a case by case basis
FORNSAT experience is required
Candidates should have analysis experience in three of the specializations below:
Modern Telecommunications Systems/Networks
Telephony Switching Systems
Internet Communication protocols, specifically at Layers 1-3
Cellular/Personal Communication Systems
The candidate must have recent experience using customer tools
TS/SCI with polygraph is required
