About Cognizant’s Digital Engineering Practice:

At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small cross functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Developers, UI/UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster siloed individuals working independently.   Small, nimble engineering teams generate collective empathy and comradery, thus increasing their ability to anticipate unforeseen development scope changes and maintain high quality deliverables.  Across our US Studio system or within client development sites, our Digital Engineering teams ideate and develop innovative cloud-based solutions following a Lean-Agile process with DevOps culture. We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Sr. Software Engineer, proficient in .Net Framework, Azure, Angular JS, JavaScript, SQL, and SAP C/4HANA for Utilities SQL Server.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Associate should have strong communication skills

·       Associate should be able to interact with Customers Address customers concerns in a timely manner Encourage customer feedback Manage challenging situations that may affect customers

·       Identify customers needs and wants Build longterm relationships with key clients

·       Associate should Collaborate with offshore and Onshore teams to complete tasks and meet goals They may also be in charge of maintaining the mission and values of the company and leading team members to complete tasks that bring them closer to the achievement of those goals

·       Should possess strong knowledge in Cnet Angular 14 WebAPI AdoNet Entity Framework Git SQL Server Devops pipeline

·       Should have the ability to adapt and learn other technologies on the project as well quickly grasp the existing system knowledge

·       Should have strong debugging skills to resolve any issues and should be comfortable in Git and Azure devops

·       Associate is expected to work independently and participate in agile ceremonies like daily standup sprint planning sprint review sprint retro sprint refinement Sprint effort estimation and other calls

Qualifications

•                8-10 years developing and/or architecting large complex systems

•                Proficiency with .NET Framework, SQL Server

•                Expertise with Public Cloud (Azure)

•                Strong Expertise in Angular JS

•                Expertise in SQL Server

•                Proficiency with JavaScript

•                Skilled in SAP C/4/Hana for Utilities

•                Strong SQL skills

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[43,900 – 129,300] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
