Qualifications you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and software development experience
  • 5+ years’ experience designing and developing Sitecore digital solutions
  • 5+ years’ experience developing full stack .NET web applications:
    • .NET Core using C#
    • HTML, CSS
    • JavaScript/Typescript
    • REST web services
    • SQL databases
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • Azure Cloud services
    • Git version control and Gitflow (or similar) branching
    • Agile software project tools, such as Azure DevOps and Jira

Your key responsibilities:

  • Play a key role as a Scrum/Agile team member in the design, development, deployment, and support of our Sitecore web solutions
  • Analyze requirements for Sitecore website enhancements and recommend solutions that reflect Sitecore architecture and implementation best practices
  • Guide the team in the development of Sitecore enhancements, CI/CD pipelines, and Sitecore DevOps
  • Write high-quality, well-tested code that reflects coding standards and best practices
  • Complete assigned sprint tasks efficiently and assist fellow team members as needed to achieve the team’s sprint and delivery goals
  • Participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review, sprint retrospective, backlog grooming
  • Perform code reviews to ensure standards and best practices are met
  • Provide timely response to production issues
  • Recommend and drive scrum team process improvements
