  • Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks within the Statement of Work for assigned area of responsibility. That includes: Network, Security, DNS, DHCP, VOIP, Identity and Access Management, and Server Operations. Supervises ~30 employees.
  • Prepare a bi-weekly meeting agenda and documentation demonstrating project status, level of effort, timelines, risks, and participate in weekly coordination meetings with the COR and program office to discuss topics that include the technical and administrative status of projects, and risks and issues.
  • Will oversee the day to day operations of the Network Operations, Security Operations, Server operations. Will ensure alignment with the contract Statement of Work, Service Level Agreements, and maintain mission readiness
  • Works in 24x7x365 environment with ability to respond and lead troubleshooting efforts for any customer impacting issues / severity events.
  • Lead completion of Root Cause Analysis
  • Will review monitoring tools to identify trends and proactive identification of potential customer impacting events.
  • Coordinating with OEM vendors to assist with remediating break-fix production hardware and software issues.
  • Recommending changes to processes or procedures to improve efficiency or reduce costs in future projects.
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software with IT infrastructure.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • Desired Experience: 10+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to support a 24x7x365 environment leading troubleshooting efforts for any customer impacting issues / severity events.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar environment

Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.
