In this role you will coordinate, track, and execute tactical recruiting efforts for a program staffing team and may have supervisory responsibility for between 3 to 5 team members. You will also be a producing member of the full life-cycle recruiting team while holding requisitions.
As a GDIT Staffing Business Partner, you must develop and execute proactive recruitment tactics in collaboration with your team and hiring managers. And ensure strategies are aligned to the business objectives and GDITs imperatives with a key focus on the candidate experience.
In addition to being a contributing full life-cycle recruiter, the SBP is responsible for day to day Program Reporting and the attainment of team Recruitment Goals. The SBP will coordinate Background Investigations, Interviews/Offers, and coordination of internal and external referral efforts for the program. The SBP will be responsible for developing a pipeline of qualified candidates using traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
* Demonstrated experience and success as a full life cycle recruiter.
* Aptitude for leading people and managing customer and team member expectations.
* Intermediate to Advanced time management skills and ability to demonstrate such in an interview.
* Ability to juggle competing priorities.
* Ability to generate credibility for oneself and a team and maintain such.
* Knowledge of the Clearance process with one or more IC customers.
* Demonstrated knowledge of various technologies.
Bachelors Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
8-10 years of related recruiting experience.
