Targeted Hiring Salary: $72,176/yr. — $97,536/yr.

Position Summary:
Oracle DBA working in a a team environment working directly with functional counterparts on requirements gathering and program specification and design.
Ability to collaborate with the departments within the college to gather data, define, measure and identify interfaces that will need to be integrated with the ERP system in support of the College’s mission, vision, values priorities and strategic plan.
Demonstrate the ability to analyze applicability and fit-gap of 3rd party products, upgrades and maintenance releases against business requirements.
Proficient with Oracle 12C/18C databases, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Fusions
Middleware, Oracle WebLogic Server, Backup/Recovery using Oracle’s RMAN, production support/monitoring tools, database performance and optimization tuning, PL/SQL performance and optimization tuning, capacity planning, and database change management.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience/Qualifications Requirements:
At least 3 years of information technology experience in system, application, and/or data base administration in a Linux OS environment.

Preferred Qualification:
Oracle experience or certifications and/or prior Ellucian Banner experience is preferred. Experience in a higher education environment preferred.
