Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will manage the process and program strategy for packaging solutions to take to market. This role involves working with the company’s internal marketing initiatives, collaborating on major initiatives, and driving large impact to product marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a leader who has strong professional services product management experience, a proven track record executing successful business to business (B2B) product marketing/digital marketing campaigns, and the ability to take ownership of product marketing strategy and execute.

Essential Duties/Functions

– Creates and implements product marketing solutions and strategies to be executed through Go To Market (GTM)Strategies
– Collaborates with internal and external key stakeholders to define the product roadmaps needed for successful implement of a variety of marketing campaigns
– Performs competitive research and analysis, develops strategy and reporting on packaging and pricing to provide insights aimed at improving solutions performance and overall marketing initiatives
– Spearheads change, evolution, and sustained growth to deepen engagement and drive overall customer success
– Leads inbound and outbound product marketing efforts – this role will be the subject matter expert on the customer, the product and the category for the solutions
– Develops project plans, provides regular reporting to management on progress towards key milestones and project risks related to product marketing and efforts
– Manages product marketing budgets
– Proactively manages risks and efficiently resolves issues
– Facilitates key meetings and provides strategic insights to improve product marketing efforts
– Other duties as required

Qualifications

Education
– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business, or another related field, required

Experience
– Five (5) or more years hands-on marketing experience with B2B product marketing and/or digital marketing, required
– Four (4) or more years of demonstrated product marketing experience crafting programs, creative briefs, managing the creative process, channel optimization, A/B testing, reporting on results and KPIs, required
– Five (5) or more years hands-on experience with data-driven B2B marketing efforts within a technology focused environment, preferred
– Prior experience in professional services managing people, budgets and clients, preferred
– Generalist experience in digital marketing, including: developing online campaigns that extend across social, web, mobile, online advertising, search, apps, loyalty, etc., preferred

Software
– Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, required
– Familiar with any Microsoft Solutions; within Azure, Office 365, or other of Microsoft’s portfolio of solutions, preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
– Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
– Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
– Must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
– Must be open to local travel to client sites
– Passionate about technology, commerce, research and customers to distill pertinent product information with complex and highly technical details to internal and external audiences
