MN Manpower Engineering Full Time

Our client, a global Energy and Power Generation leader, is seeking a System Administrator II to join their team. As a System Administrator II, you will be part of the Digital Engineering / Construction Technology function, supporting engineering and project delivery teams across nuclear construction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a process‑driven mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: System Administrator II (Autodesk Construction Cloud / Forma Administrator)
Location: Remote (Preferred EST timezone)
Pay Range: $62/hour


What’s the Job?

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, Build) and Autodesk Forma
  • Configure and maintain project folder structures, naming conventions, and metadata standards
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions for internal teams and external partners
  • Develop and automate workflows for RFIs, Submittals, and Issue tracking
  • Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and support cloud-based collaboration

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience administering Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360) and/or Autodesk Forma
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows and cloud-based document management
  • Experience driving workflow automation and digital process improvements
  • U.S. Citizenship
