A top 50 growing company on the West Coast of FL is looking for a junior-mid level Systems Administrator to permanently join their team. In the expansion and growth this company has seen, the demand for work has increased within the Infrastructure of the company thus, opening this position for a full time employee to assist with daily maintenance, upgrades/updates and assist and drive outside projects to completion. The environment consists of 800+ servers balanced between on prem and in the cloud that will be responsible for management alongside 2 other System Administrators. Common responsibilities will include; providing support in Microsoft Servers (2012,16,19) Active Directory, Hyper-V and Dell OME/Microsoft WDS. Daily responsibilities will be balanced from managing and maintaining internal DNS and DHCP, creating new SOP's along with proper implementation of the new procedures, and completing outside projects as assigned that include configuring ticketing systems, working on privilege access management systems, and deploying/creating automated jobs with end clients. This position will work on a hybrid office style with onsite requirements in Sarasota FL ONLY 1-3 days per MONTH depending on hands on requirements. Strong communication skills are required to relay updates to senior leadership and work with certain business stakeholders. This role offers the ability to work with enterprise level server administration as well as the path to upper level management as the company continues to grow.

Associates Degree or 3+ years experience in Information Services

2 to 4 years of Systems Administration experience

Experience working at an enterprise size company

Strong proficiency with the entire Microsoft Suite

Experience managing 2012,2016, and 2019 Microsoft Servers

1+ year experience working and supporting Vmware or Hyper-V servers
