Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst I to join their team. As a Systems Analyst I, you will be part of the IT Department supporting various county initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Systems Analyst I

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $27 – $29/hr.

What’s the Job?

• Recommend, analyze, investigate, and test new technology and enhancements.
• Collaborate with assigned Departments and outside entities to understand user needs.
• Coordinate the process for each assigned County department to prepare strategic IT plans.
• Serve as a project manager for Information Technology projects within assigned Departments.
• Procure, install, test, monitor, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripherals.

What’s Needed?

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in an IT-related field and 3 years of IT experience.
• Strong project management skills, including excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Working knowledge of imaging software and document management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer-facing skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot in unfamiliar environments.
