Job Summary and Mission This position contributes to Starbucks success by delivering and supporting technology and process solutions enabling the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements in the Master Data Management space. This role requires experience performing requirements analysis, solution design, product configuration, coupled with the ability to collaborate across various IT and business functions. In delivering new technology products and enhancing/supporting existing systems, an effective systems analyst II contributes relevant technical, functional, and process knowledge to ensure a consistent user technology experience and a scalable, optimized solution.Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. Basic Qualifications4+ years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of any ERP product with competence and interest to learn and adapt to other ERP productsExperience working on Master Data elements in any of the following modules/functions:Supply Chain Management (Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, Inventory)Retail Applications (Point of Sale, Store Inventory Management, Pricing, Mobile Order and Pay)Experience assisting teams establish master data management procedures and governanceExperience writing user stories, refining product backlogs and delivering in an agile environmentSQL (Oracle or MS SQL Server)Understanding of fundamentals of system architectureExpertise in system integrationsStrong technical skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
