Our client is seeking a Systems Engineering to join the Precision Engagement Systems (PES) team located in Saint Charles MO. As a part of the Space Intelligence and Weapon Systems SIWS organization Precision Engagement Systems PES is a dynamic and growing team with leadership that is focused on attracting and developing top talent in support of critical missions on Direct Attack DA and Cruise Missiles Systems CMS programs. Connected to our customers' missions we deliver unique capability through our exceptional talent. The programs we support in Saint Charles MO include Direct Attack weapons JDAM SDB MOP HAAWC and associated derivatives and Cruise Missiles SLAM ER Harpoon and development weapons utilized on various military aircraft some ground-based platforms and other future contract awards.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Saint Charles MO.
Applies an interdisciplinary collaborative approach to plan design develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. Evaluates customer and /operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical functional and program interfaces. Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. Performs analyses for affordability safety reliability maintainability testability human systems integration survivability vulnerability susceptibility system security regulatory certification product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success. Develops the planning organization implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes tools risk issues opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes. Resolves cross-functional technical issues.

– Need someone with experience who can jump right in with no additional training
– Must be well spoken and able to articulate previous experience and projects/programs they have worked on
