Job Title: Systems Engineer III
Location: Bellevue, WA, US
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8 am – 5 pm)
Duration: 11 Months
Pay Range: $63/hr. – $65/hr.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer III to join our team in Bellevue, WA. This hybrid role requires three days in the office each week. The ideal candidate will possess strong control engineering capabilities, experience with PSC code, and the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
Top 3 Required Skills:
- Control Engineering: Proficient with PSC code and capable of interpreting electrical diagrams.
- Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in building and disassembling hardware systems.
- Hands-on Skills: Ability to independently assemble and disassemble hardware systems and read electrical diagrams.
Responsibilities:
- Automate, deploy, and support large-scale infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Write IPC/PLC code and install control solutions.
- Create automated alarms, reports, and KPI metrics for plant management.
- Implement and understand industrial networking (Profibus, ASi, and Industrial Ethernet) and general Ethernet networking solutions and concepts.
- Utilize basic coding skills in modern programming languages (Java, C++, Python, etc.) within a UNIX/Linux environment to assist with automation and reporting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related discipline (extensive relevant experience will be considered).
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in IPC/PLC code development and installation of control solutions.
- Proficient understanding of industrial networking and Ethernet Networking solutions and concepts.
- Basic coding skills in modern programming languages (Java, C++, Python, etc.) within a UNIX/Linux environment.
- Proven experience in creating automated alarms, reports, and KPI metrics for plant management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline build processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
