Systems/Software Requirements Analyst, Lead
Assist with leading requirements analysis and verification, including ensuring requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and conform to standards. Ensure the engagement of customers and requirements. Manage the development and maintenance of project documentation. Create requirements specifications using natural language. Analyze the defining of non-functinoal requirements, including quality attributes, external interfaces, and constraints.
-7+ years of experience as a requirements analyst
-5+ years of experience with defining, translating, and simplifying business requirements
-Knowledge of documenting business rules and impacted processes or systems
-Knowledge of documenting functional specifications
-Ability to gather and document technical and operational requirements and create mock ups
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with federal clients
-Ability to work with leadership, functional groups, and development teams
-Ability to work independently under general direction
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
