Technical Project Manager
Deliver Cybersecurity, systems engineering, and program support services to a large-scale military health client. Advise on network engineering and system design to support the warfighter’s medical readiness. Drive greater integration of clinical and business processes across military health. Ensure health IT performance is driven to maximum availability and efficiency through technically capable support teams with specialized knowledge and expertise in supporting clinical applications and toolsets used by military health providers.
-5+ years of experience with supervising, planning, and leading technical or engineering teams in multiple complex task assignments involving
diverse engineering disciplines
-Experience with two or more of the following: enterprise infrastructure systems and operations, service catalog management and service level agreements, system tests and evaluations, including planning execution and management, ECP hardware and software evaluations, IA concepts and requirements development, system and application requirement analysis, design, integration, development, application, and testing, ILS planning and management, or technical development product milestone scheduling
-Ability to supervise, plan for, and lead a technical or engineering team in a technical field
-BS degree in Engineering, Physics, CS, Information Security, Mathematics, or IT and 10+ years of experience with engineering for communications, computers, or radars or 14+ years of experience with engineering for communications, computers, or radars in lieu of a degree
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including interacting with sponsor or command leadership at the GS-12, O-3, or equivalent level or site leadership at the GS-15, O-6 or equivalent level
