Responsibilities
Experienced Industry expert in Cable Wireless NextGen Networks(NGN) Solutions/Offerings
Contribute to Build NGN offerings, cases, investment requirements, pivotal initiatives for Wireless/Cable Network Operators
Support to offerings for TCV/revenue growth objectives and for Practice P&L
Technology transformation advisor for key Tier1 Telco service providers – Wireless &/or Cable Network /Technology/Process Modernization
Generate thought leadership for Telecom/Quadplay operators (Senior leadership presentations)
Supply to strategic alliances and partnerships
Lead analysts and advisors relations in the NGN field for Telcos
Collaborate with sales to qualify opportunities
Domain & Technical Skills
Strong relationships with telco Industry senior leaders (Cable or Wireless Network operator)
20+ years of telecom network experience, with global reach
A Leader with vision who can speak at conferences/forums (MWC/TMForum etc)
Broad expertise in Telecom technologies – Wireless (5G/LTE, RAN, Core), Cable (DOCSIS, CPE, WiFi, RDK, Access, Core), NMS/OSS etc
Experience in Telecom modernization strategies – 5G/DOCSIS/WiFi, Virtualization, Network Twin, Cloudification, AIOps etc
Experience in Network & OSS layers and their modernization journey, return on investment/CBA etc is preferred
Expertise in Technology evolution like – Service intelligence, AI powered NoC, Zero Touch Operations etc is a plus
Experience in IoT integration is a plus
Personal Skills

Strong analytical skills with ability to review relevant data and use it to drive informed actions
Strong decision making abilities and influencing skills
Effective offering / solution pitching skills across Senior Leadership Levels
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[200,000 – 225,000 USD] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
