For a large financial services client, we are seeking a Web Developer to work on a 6 month project to develop web applications for existing services as well as for new features using JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, Java, Spring and Hibernate frameworks, and incorporating automation testing with Cucumber.

Responsibilities

  • Frontend web application development
  • Lead development effort independently
  • Prototype, research solutions, and develop
  • Collaborate with other developers, testers, production owners, business users and project managers with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Work independently to understand user stories and design appropriate system solutions and contribute to all phases of system development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Guru experience with web application user interface design and implementation
  • Expert experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, Java, Spring and Hibernate frameworks
  • Experience doing automation testing with Cucumber
  • Full-spectrum application building with minimum requirements specified
  • Used to responding quickly to changing requirements and working with heterogeneous technologies
  • Assurance of delivery with limited resources
  • Prefer experience in financial services industry.
