We are seeking a talented Workday Integration Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing integrations within the Workday platform. The Workday Integration Developer will be responsible for building and supporting custom integrations, leveraging Workday's tools and technologies, and ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and other systems.

This position can be in any U.S. city where CGI has an office – must be able to work East Coast hours.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement custom integrations within the Workday platform.
• Utilize Workday's Integration tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Cloud Platform (WCP) to build integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using Web Services, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of integrations.
• Document integration designs, technical specifications, and deployment procedures.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing integrations, including resolving issues and implementing enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Workday Integration Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Workday's integration architecture, data models, and security framework.
• Proficiency in Workday Integration tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and WCP.
• Experience with integration technologies such as Web Services, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Groovy, or JavaScript.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Workday certification (e.g., Workday Integration Certified) is a plus.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $61,000 – $168,900.
