Position Responsibilities 

  • Configure and support Workday and other packaged applications based on business requirements.

  • Document technical specifications to support applications, develop test plans and perform unit testing.

  • Build, test, implement and maintain Workday integrations with other applications.

  • Evaluate new software versions and plan for upgrades and patches.

  • Provide on-call support, triage problems, and resolve issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.

  • 4+ years' experience supporting packaged applications in a corporate or consulting capacity.

  • Proficient in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) with extensive Workday Report Writing – Custom Reporting skills.

  • Experience in Edit Tenant setup-related configuration for a variety of functional areas. 

  • Experience in adding custom validations on Workday Business Processes. 

  • Skilled in designing, developing, and troubleshooting inbound / outbound integrations. Workday Integrations Certification preferred.

  • Familiar with SQL / RDBMS and SharePoint.
