Position Description
CGI is seeking a high growth Technical Project Manager for managing CGI's AI Product & development, prototyping, and scaling the product offerings. In this technical leadership role the candidate will be responsible for working with a multitude of teams including development, delivery, and Clients. Candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing technical projects .The candidate should be well versed with Agile & Scrum Master. The candidate should possess strong technical leadership & consulting skills, the ability to think critically, problem-solve, influence, have a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. Prior background and hands on experience in data science, machine learning, generative AI is preferable.
• This is fulltime position. Contract is not allowed for this role.
• Candidate should be flexible to work in Hybrid model from any of our CGI offices. No remote work allowed.
• Candidate should be willing to work in Eastern time zone.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• As a Technical Project Manager you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring successful project outcomes
• Lead & Manage consumer-facing AI products
• Work with the key management stakeholders to develop and communicate the project roadmap to all involved parties
• Meticulously plan projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and scope
• Identify, analyze, mitigate, and proactively respond to project, financial, and operational risks
• Track and communicate project progress, including sprint burndown charts, velocity metrics, and release forecasts
• Identify and address impediments to team progress, removing obstacles to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones
• Collaborate with the product owners and development teams to provide direction
• Demonstrated ability in managing a global delivery model
• Evaluate the financial aspects of project, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
• Conduct demos and presentations to showcase product / Project capabilities
• Responsible for daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings
• Needs to be well versed industry perspective and emerging technologies.
• Bring and develop viable and relevant use cases for incorporation into the product

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 10+ years of experience of Project Management is a must
• 3+ years' experience in Managing AIML project
• Consulting skills is key for this role
• Experience working with Client executives, presenting project roadmaps and milestones in a business context
• Ability to present analysis and findings in a business context.
• Experience working with a cross-functional teams to implement a key strategic project enhancement
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is must
• Agile Certification: Certified in any agile project methodology (preferably SAFE methodology)
• Experience with Agile project management tools
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with a focus on Scrum framework
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in computer science / data science / information systems

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $77,200 -$180,200.
