Requirements:

  • Troubleshooting Microsoft apps and systems over the phone.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills for functional use and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer service for global support.
  • Willingness to learn our systems through training.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office, iOS, and ticketing systems.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous tech support or customer service experience.
