Requirements:
- Troubleshooting Microsoft apps and systems over the phone.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills for functional use and troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service for global support.
- Willingness to learn our systems through training.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office, iOS, and ticketing systems.
Desired Skills:
- Previous tech support or customer service experience.
- Ability to use multiple resources for efficient issue resolution.
