As an IT support – part time, you will be an essential part of the IT department supporting daily technical operations and ensuring seamless technology services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: IT support – part time

Location: Weirton, WV

Pay Range: 

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm

What’s the Job?

• Assist with Windows operating system support and troubleshooting
• Manage Help Desk tickets efficiently to resolve user issues
• Support PC and printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Manage IP addresses and create new user accounts as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal IT operations

What’s Needed?

• Proficiency in Windows OS and Help Desk management
• Experience supporting PC and printer hardware
• Knowledge of IP address management and user account setup
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
