We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Platform Owner (Vendor Mgmt for Printers/Fax Machine/Scanners)

What you’ll do:

– Contract and Vendor Management: Oversee and manage thousands of global contracts with various vendors to ensure compliance and service quality.

– Negotiate terms and manage relationships with suppliers to achieve cost-effective and efficient print services.

– Business Continuity and Critical Support:Ensure continuous operation of print services critical to business processes in manufacturing sites and office settings.

– Develop and implement robust contingency plans to maintain service during disruptions.

Platform Unification and Optimization:Lead the global unification of print, scan, and fax platforms to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

-Drive initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency across all printing services.

Cost Management and Reduction: Implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining high service standards.

-Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and operational goals.

Preferred experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

– Extensive experience in managing large-scale global contracts and vendor relationships.

– Proven ability in maintaining business continuity and critical systems, especially in manufacturing and office environments.

– Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

– Advanced English
