Our client, a leading organization in the distribution of dental and animal health supplies, is seeking a dedicated IT Support Warehouse Specialist to join their team. As an IT Support Warehouse Specialist, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and IT asset logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Support Warehouse Specialist

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Pay Range: $24.00 – $26.00/hour

Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00AM – 4:30PM

What’s the Job?

• Manage IT asset inventory, including computer hardware, cell phones, and peripherals.
• Organize and maintain the IT asset warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
• Receive and ship assets and peripherals, including processing shipments through carriers like UPS and FedEx.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and update asset tracking systems.
• Assist with IT fulfillment activities such as purchasing, repairs, and shipment of hardware and software.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Warehouse Operations
• 2+ years’ experience in IT fulfillment activities including purchasing, repairs and shipment of IT hardware/software
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
