We are currently seeking a [[Technical Writer]] to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US).

Technical Writer (Senior)

Essential Functions:

  • Develops, writes, and edits material for customer deliverables and documents. Examples of products include, but are not limited to reports, manuals, proposals, instructional material, and hardware/software documentation
  • Organizes material and completes writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
  • Reviews grammar and syntax of deliverables prepared by engineers/analysts and provide support by assisting in rewriters
  • Responsible for accuracy and look of documentation or technical publications
  • Reporting – Knowledge against performance
  • Review knowledge to archive, update, and or create new articles

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or a related field

Must-Have Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in technical writing with
  • At least two years of experience with IT documentation
  • 2+ years experience with ServiceNow in the knowledge module

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Certifications such as Microsoft Office Specialist or MOS 365 Apps
  • ITILv4
  • HDI- Knowledge Management

Work Authorization Status:

Must be legal United States citizens or legal permanent residents (i.e. "Green Card holders")

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $40k to $60k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
