Job Title: Technical Writer (Pharmaceutical Industry) – Remote (Temporary, 6+ months)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in a junior-level, remote role, helping us shape the future of medical device documentation. This temporary position, lasting 6+ months, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical regulatory submissions while gaining valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Document Preparation: Convert existing documents to the proper format for 510K submissions, following stringent medical device document control policies.
  • Collaborative Writing: Work closely with software developers to craft Software Design Documents and Software Requirement Specifications for cutting-edge medical devices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets the highest standards set by J&J and aligns with 510K submission requirements.

  • A detail-oriented writer with a strong grasp of technical language, particularly in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.
  • Someone who thrives in a remote work environment, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work independently.
