Leidos Dynetics, is seeking talented CNC Machinist Programmer to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. Primary Responsibilities

The CNC Machinist Programmer must be capable of reading engineering drawings and CAD models to produce unique precision parts. Ideal candidate should also have experience in setup, and operation of a variety of machine tools including CNC Mills and CNC Lathes. Experience in the manufacturing of large aerospace components from exotic materials, such as Titanium, is a plus. 5-axis and/or mill-turn experience is a plus. Applicant must be able to work on different projects in an ever changing, rapid paced R&D environment with little or no assistance.

Basic Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Candidates must have at least 5 or more years of precision machining experience on CNC Mills & CNC Lathes.
• Candidates must have the ability to lift a minimum of 35+ pounds unassisted.
• Candidate must be able to work overtime when required.
• Applicant must be able to work a full-time, 4-days per week 10-hours per shift, 2nd shift.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference shown to candidates who have experience and/or working knowledge of:

• 5 axis machining experience with Siemens 840D controls
• (2) two years of 2D & 3D experience with a CAM software tool
• SURFCAM, Edgecam or Catia experience
• Experience machining in a prototype environment

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,000.00 – $117,500.00
