Manage customer relationships and expectations. provide customers and other stakeholders detailed and unbiased feedback and recommendations. – Responsible for The quality and timely delivery of project deliverables in accordance with a Statement of Work. – Align and prioritize all program resources to accomplish program tasks. – Direct technical Teams and facilitate The integration of subtasks to ensure The optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors. – Coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of task and contract deliverables, briefings and program reviews. – Identify, track, report and mitigate program risks. Review program risks regularly and work with Engineering staff to Develop mitigation strategies, including required resources and budgets. – Manage all program budgets, coordinating with The program management office team to report financial Information to corporate and Government leadership. – work with corporate resources to recruit, Develop and retain talented engineers and technicians over The life of The program. – work with corporate subcontract managers to oversee and Direct subcontractors. Qualifications Required Skills, Knowledge and

Job Requirements

– Seven (7) years of recent experience in program management and planning, financial and metrics reporting, budgeting and command-wide analysis of program requirements with the Department of the Navy and/or another Department of Defense component. – Seven (7) years of recent experience supporting technical, cost and program management, for software development or systems integration of unmanned systems (UxS) or C4ISR programs. – Demonstrated experience managing complex programs ($20M or greater), including working with government integrated product teams (IPTs), program leaders (e.g., PM, CO, COR), decomposing and scheduling complex tasks, supervising personnel, setting priorities, managing teammates and working with Contracts, Subcontracts, Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Security and other support personnel to accomplish all program tasks. – Bachelor’s degree in any combination of the following: Engineering (Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.), Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Business. – Must be a team player and possess a strong ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team as well as work independently with minimal supervision. – Strong written and oral communications skills. – Current TS/SCI clearance Desired Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications: – Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. – Recent program management and/or systems engineering experience supporting NAVAIR. – Masters Degree in one of the areas listed above. – Knowledge of and experience with the UCS standard.
